This is what we provide for you:

Speech pathologists and speech assistants of exceptionally high quality. Our clinicians are local residents, who are familiar with the Southern California parent/educational community. Past principals and administrators rate PCSS services a 9+out of 10 on satisfaction surveys.
Extensive contracting experience in Orange County and the surrounding areas of San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego counties. Contracted in 18 of the 29 local districts within the last five years. Offered contracts in all 29 districts.
Local SLPs as owners with 20 years of experience completing school contracts. We regularly support our clinicians educationally, professionally, and personally.
Proven track record of avoiding mediation through excellent documentation and a clear understanding of legal IEP requirements.

This is what we WON’T do:

We won’t contract with short term or traveling SLPs/SLPAs. Our average clinician has been with PCSS for years.
We won’t contract with SLPs fresh from other states, countries, or other environments such as rehab or private practice (unless systematically mentored by OUR staff, not yours.)
We won’t send CFs and waivered clinicians “trial-by-fire style” into your district hoping they will succeed without support or supervision.
We won’t make mid-year staffing changes unless specifically agreed upon due to caseload changes or other unforeseen events.

Call early! Clinicians typically contract for a traditional school year, and are often booked by July.
To accommodate your needs, we do contract with new SLP/SLPAs and begin positions throughout the year as clinicians are available. We also serve schools during the summer, both for makeup/compensatory services and summer school programs.
